Bradby Solutions and Services & Services LLC was established on March 13, 2026, as a veteran-owned and minority-owned government and commercial contracting company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.
Our organization was created to provide dependable procurement solutions, quality products, workforce resources, and professional business services to government agencies, private companies, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations.
The company was founded on the belief that government agencies and commercial organizations deserve a contracting partner who combines military-grade accountability with private-sector expertise — a company that shows up, follows through, and delivers.

Matthew E. Bradby II is the founder and owner of Bradby Solutions and Services & Services LLC, bringing together more than three decades of military and private-sector experience in leadership, business operations, personnel development, procurement, and organizational management.
A proud veteran of the United States Army and Maryland Army National Guard, Matthew served from 1988 to 1999, including service during the Desert Shield and Desert Storm era. In 1989, he graduated from the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps School at Fort Lee, Virginia, receiving specialized military education in supply and subsistence operations.
His extensive civilian background includes more than 20 years in supply and procurement, more than 18 years in personnel training and development, and more than 25 years in business administration, management, and consulting.
Matthew founded Bradby Solutions and Services & Services LLC to apply his combined military discipline and business expertise to the government and commercial contracting marketplace — building a company that reflects the values he carried throughout his service and career.
